Description

This is the Discord that attended Everfree Northwest 2012. He was featured on the Livestream after the Friendship is Witchcraft panel, and was worn the rest of the weekend by yours truly ("hipster"/ beatnik Rarity), the Majora's Mask Bunny Hooded One, another friend, and the Giant Celestia (my bro-in-law). Yes, we were that group... *facepalm* (I say it like it's a bad thing >:D) I wish I had a better picture of him, but the only time I had him, a camera, and a spare second was in the Traveling Pony Museum. He's currently living with my sister, or I'd get better pics.

Discord is made from anti-pill polar fleece, blizzard fleece, and felt. He is completely hand stitched and completely rushed. From beard tip to tail tip he hangs over 62" long, but he curls up really well into whatever shape you want (this chillaxing pose is one of my favorite). His legs don't normally cross, nor do his forearms fold back that far. The arms are curved, making his piggy backs really effective.
(as seen here: [link] )

I am currently revising the pattern and trying to improve my technique. Once I get back to my sewing machine I intend to make a few of these guys to sell. He took way too much time by hand for the materials and price and etc. I'm not sure on the price yet- if he were minky he'd be on ebay, but we'll see how he fares ;)

I LOVE this! Discord has to be one of my favorite characters from MLP (even named my car after him because of the different colored dash board and how it will sometimes act up and get me stuck somewhere only to work perfectly at the repair shop). I really want one of these now
